By accessing and using the Beyoutify website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our ability. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) unless otherwise agreed.

We partner with Pathao for delivery services. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Beyoutify is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Our return policy is outlined on our Returns page. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products. Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Beyoutify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Beyoutify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
