- How do I place an order?
- Browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method. We'll confirm your order via call or SMS within 24 hours.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Bangladesh. Simply pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. We are working on adding online payment options soon.
- How long does delivery take?
- Inside Dhaka, delivery takes 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka, it takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
- Is delivery free?
- Yes, delivery is free inside Dhaka city. For deliveries outside Dhaka, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout.
- What is your return policy?
- We offer a 7-day return policy on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at beyoutifybd@gmail.com or via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
- How do I track my order?
- Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a Pathao consignment ID via SMS and email. You can track it on our Track Order page or directly on the Pathao website.
- Do you ship outside Dhaka?
- Yes, we deliver to all major cities and upazilas across Bangladesh through our partnership with Pathao. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, please contact us and we'll assist you with the return process after delivery.
