We want you to love your Beyoutify products. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

7-Day Return Policy

You may return any product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact (seal unbroken).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible — check at checkout.
  • Hair care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via the Contact page or email beyoutifybd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order ID and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup via Pathao at no extra cost.
  5. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be sent via bKash or bank transfer within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
